Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number and a password. An OTP is sent to your mobile instantly. Enter it to verify your number and your account is active. The whole process takes under three minutes and there is no registration fee. You need to be 18 or older to register.

Yes. You do not need a traditional bank account to register or use mintx1. JazzCash and Easypaisa mobile wallets are fully supported for both deposits and withdrawals. As long as you have an active Pakistani mobile number linked to a JazzCash or Easypaisa account, you can fund your balance and withdraw winnings without a bank account.

Identity verification protects your account from unauthorised withdrawals. mintx1 requires a clear photo of your CNIC (National Identity Card) and one recent proof of address — a utility bill or bank statement works. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours in most cases. Completing verification early, even before you plan to withdraw, means there is no delay when you do request a payout.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts violate the Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the Forgot Password option on the Login page or contact support — do not create a new account.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. An OTP will be sent to that number. Once you enter the correct OTP, you can set a new password immediately. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact support at [email protected] with your CNIC details for manual verification.
Deposits & PKR Payments

mintx1 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. There are no hidden currency conversion charges. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are the fastest option and typically reflect within a few minutes of completing the transfer.

The minimum deposit on mintx1 is PKR 500. This applies to all supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP members may have higher priority processing for large deposits.

First, wait up to 15 minutes as mobile wallet transfers can occasionally be delayed during peak hours. If the amount still has not reflected, check your transaction history page on mintx1. If there is no record of the deposit, contact support at [email protected] with your JazzCash transaction reference number (TID), the amount sent and the date and time of the transfer. The support team can trace and credit the deposit manually.

mintx1 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — may apply their own standard transaction charges. These are outside mintx1's control. Bank transfers may also carry charges depending on your bank's policies. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure of their fee structure.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred payout method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the PKR amount you wish to withdraw and confirm the request. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the finance team. Ensure your identity verification is complete before submitting your first withdrawal request.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 working days depending on your bank. The first withdrawal on a new account may take slightly longer as verification is completed. VIP account holders receive priority processing on all withdrawal requests.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. If your available balance is below PKR 1,000, you will need to either continue playing to build your balance or make a deposit before you can withdraw. Bonus funds follow separate withdrawal rules — check the specific bonus terms in your Promotions section to see the wagering requirement and minimum withdrawal for each offer.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: identity verification not yet complete, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements attached to the balance, a mismatch between the account name and the payment account name, or suspicious account activity flagged for review. Cricket is the most popular category among Pakistani players and has the widest range of markets, including match winner, top batsman, total runs, session betting and live in-play odds.

If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, bets are typically voided and your stake is returned to your balance. In cases where enough overs have been bowled to produce a DLS result, bets may stand on the official result. The exact settlement depends on the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. Check your bet history for the settlement status after any interruption.

Yes. mintx1 offers live in-play betting on PSL and other Cricket matches. Once a game is in progress, you can bet on the next wicket, current over runs, batting team score at the end of the over, match winner and more — with odds updating in real time. Log in and visit the Betting section and select "Live" to see all active in-play markets.

The minimum bet on most sports markets at mintx1 is PKR 100. Some special markets or high-demand events may have a slightly higher minimum. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placing your bet. VIP members typically have higher maximum bet allowances across all sports.
Bonuses & Promotions

New members who make a qualifying first deposit receive a welcome bonus credited to their account automatically. The bonus amount is based on a percentage of the first deposit in PKR. To convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash, you need to meet the wagering requirement — a set number of times the bonus amount must be bet within the validity period. Bonuses are credited automatically when all conditions are met — the correct minimum deposit amount in PKR, using an eligible payment method, and not having opted out of bonuses in your account settings. A cool-off period is a short break from gaming — typically 1 to 90 days — during which your account is temporarily restricted from deposits and betting. You can still log in to check your balance or submit a pending withdrawal. To request a cool-off, go to Account Settings and select Responsible Gaming, then choose "Take a Break" and set the duration. The restriction applies immediately.
