Terms and Conditions – mintx1 Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mintx1 website at mintx1.win, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

If duplicate accounts are discovered, mintx1 reserves the right to close the additional accounts and, where abuse is found, void any associated balances or winnings.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. mintx1 will not be responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your password or failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Account information including your name and date of birth cannot be changed once verified. If you made a genuine error during registration, contact customer support with supporting documentation to request a correction.

4. Deposits

mintx1 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) only. The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallets from supported providers are also accepted where available.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your mintx1 account within seconds. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. mintx1 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These may vary by payment method. mintx1 reserves the right to set, adjust or remove deposit limits at any time.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money you are depositing does not come from any illegal or fraudulent source. mintx1 cooperates fully with any fraud investigations and may place a hold on an account pending the outcome of such a review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the original payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to a verified bank account or mobile wallet in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before processing a withdrawal, mintx1 may require identity verification. This is standard practice and is designed to protect both you and the platform from fraud. Requested documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or proof of payment method ownership. Providing accurate documentation promptly will speed up processing.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by tier in the VIP programme. VIP members at Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to a review period before funds are released.

Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing stage. If you wish to cancel a pending withdrawal that has not yet entered processing, contact customer support promptly.

There is a minimum withdrawal amount that applies to all accounts. This is displayed on the withdrawal page within your account settings and may vary by payment method.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

mintx1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, free bet credits, and event-specific promotions tied to PSL season, T20 international cricket and other major sporting events.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements set out how many times a bonus amount must be played through before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. • Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly allows multiple claims.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games or bet types as specified in each promotion's terms.
• mintx1 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or systematic exploitation is detected.
• Unused bonus funds will expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Cashing out before meeting wagering requirements will forfeit any remaining bonus balance.

mintx1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is found to contain a technical error that affects its terms, mintx1 may void bets placed under those erroneous terms and adjust any affected balances.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on mintx1 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. These rules are available within the betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be edited, transferred or cancelled by the player.
• Odds are correct at the time a bet is accepted. If there is a significant error in the displayed odds due to a technical fault, mintx1 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live match situation at the time of placement. Network delays may affect the timing of in-play bet acceptance.
• For Cricket, PSL and T20 fixtures, specific rules around rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis (DLS) method application and match abandonment are set out in the Cricket betting rules section within the platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by market, event and account tier.
• mintx1 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts suspected of professional arbitrage activity.

Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance following final settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times vary depending on the sport and the completeness of the result data available.

8. Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on mintx1 are provided by third-party software providers. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and volatility of each game are determined by the respective software provider and are displayed within the game information screen.

mintx1 does not control the outcome of any casino or slot game. All results are generated by certified random number generators (RNGs) and are independent of previous results. Past performance on any game does not affect future outcomes.

Live Casino games are operated by professional dealers in real time. The rules for each Live Casino table are explained before and during the game. Bets placed and confirmed on Live Casino tables are final.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnection, game crash or server error — mintx1's system logs are used to determine the fair resolution of the affected round. Where the game state cannot be determined, the stake may be refunded to your account balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mintx1. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any systematic exploitation of odds or promotions designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Colluding with other players at Live Casino tables or in any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.

• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected technical error are subject to reversal.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

mintx1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated to the registered mobile number before they are applied.

In all cases, mintx1's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant incident.
